Message: I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The rooms are old as majority of the previous reviews have written but regardless I found them well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and I enjoyed the small hotel feel everyone talked to one another and got along. The two employees at the front desk I interacted with the most were Stephen and Scott and they were extremely helpful.

Message: We had an amazing stay. We made a last min over night trip to new Orleans. They were great for late night check in, offered us a late check out. Our room was so cute, right by the courtyard. We definitely heard some spirits moving around and saw some shadows in our room. I can not wait to go back and stay for a few days. The staff was so sweet and helpful!

Message: We had a wonderful time on our girls trip celebrating my birthday. The service we received was warm, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed seeing the paranormal investigations and ghost tours happening. Location is perfect for the authentic French Quarter experience we wanted too.

Message: Great location and short walk to everything in the French Quarter. Hotel has the old vibe and we were constantly told that it was haunted (by tour guides, etc. ). However, no paranormal activity was observed, just a friendly tiger cat in the courtyard. Rooms are just ok. Could use some updating but otherwise very good all around.

Message: Come to New Orleans all the time. Very charming hotel very nice staff. Great location. The hotel and rooms could be cleaner. They allowed my small dog which I truly appreciate and it was not expensive to bring my pet. However they do not have an on-site parking lot and where you can park your car is extremely sketchy. There was broken glass down there and have had break-ins. I chose to pay extra and park my car in a secured parking garage for $40 day. Like 8 blocks from hotel. Not worth getting car broke in to kn vacation. That would be a buzz kill. Cool history of building.

Message: Stayed there mid- October 2022 and it was amazing! Staff is friendly and get to know you by name. It is the most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at and they provide you a history of the place as well (fun fact it’s a stop on the haunted ghost tour).
