Message: I had a great stay at the Old No. 77! I loved how they kept the industrial/rustic design of the warehouse it once was but still kept the comforts of modern technology. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable! Staff was wonderful and very friendly as well! Lastly everything you needed (The French Quarter, restaurants, casinos, etc) was under 15 min by foot. I recommend this hotel for a stay in New Orleans!

Message: Great old historic hotel. About a 10 minute walk from bourbon st, canal all the fun. But also in a quieter part of the city. Very vintage and swanky style. They have a fabulous more upscale restaurant for evening and the coffee and breakfast area was really great. The room was a little dark but just go more of an upgraded room because some rooms don't even have windows. So that would be the icky thing I would just be careful on is the type of room you are choosing. We would definitely stay again.

Message: What a phenomenal hotel. I loved everything about it. The rooms are big, with a lot of character. It is within walking distance to many things, including the streetcars. The staff is beyond friendly and the rooms are clean. A little coffee cafe, in the hotel, just tops off the stay. I'm super jacked that my husband and I chose to stay here during our brief stay in New Orleans.

Message: My friends and I had a great stay in New Orleans, and a huge part of that was our stay at the 77. We were a group of 4, and booked a Deluxe Room with 2 Double Beds, and it was spacious enough for all of us to sleep very comfortably. There isn’t any room service, but there’s plenty of iconic, delicious places to eat & drink within a walkable distance. There’s a 24/7 concierge, along with a virtual concierge available via text, which texts your number upon booking. Lastly, the vibe here was amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the place has a vintage theme inside and out, with high-tech necessities. Definitely will be staying here again next time I visit the Big Easy!

Message: The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are unique with comfy beds. Not a fan of the WC door, you can see what the other occupant is doing, it's not opaque enough for my preference. Parking (self parking only) is offsite but it felt secure. The breakfast selection is small but the offerings are tasty. Great location.

Message: While the service was good, my night was terrible. You can hear every single word the person says on the above floor including when they shower. Oh don't let someone simply walk in the hallway it was like they were in your room. Initially the room was musty, but they brought an air humidifier which helped. No real windows to look out. All in all I would never stay at this hotel EVER AGAIN.. In response to the hotel: NOone provided ear plugs. In addition I shouldn't need ear plugs. There was not soft noises and voices, I could hear clearly all conversations in the room above and hallway. We are also on the heels of the pandemic and it is not sanitary to clean a room only after 4 days and not be allowed to request to clean the room. In addition my room had soiled and stained pillowcases that I only discovered my last day when I flipped the pillow over. This was disgusting and gross. Appeared to be blood. You are not able to call the front desk or housekeeping as the in room phone does not work. The room smelled so musty that you had to bring a dehumidifier and industrial strength airfreshner to my room, unable to move me. I had options, and I chose your hotel for the boutique experience. I travel the world and have stayed in many places. This experience was beyond subpar. Your response regarding ear plugs I never received is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Message: The front desk personnel is amazing! Cheerful! Helpful, even in the middle of the night on Christmas! The rooms are beautiful and rustic just like the pictures online. A Houseman was singing Christmas carols in the hallway! Ice and water machines by the elevator. The good nugget ice! Iykyk, you know. Very reasonable rates. Beds are to die for. Sleep like an adult, all night and wake up without grown-up body aches. Perfect pillows! Seriously. No reason to stay anywhere else. Loved it!
